Immerse yourself in the modern Ayurvedic and yoga lifestyle at Amborgen in Vanvikan...only a ferry ride away from downtown Trondheim. This long weekend retreat includes daily yoga practice, Ayurvedic teachings, nature bathing and more. During the event we prepare vegetarian meals made with local ingredients are served twice daily for you. You can either rent a room at Amborgen or in the neighborhood. We encourage you to go into the forest and explore nature in Vanvikan where modern life and nature are in harmony ... so is your inner world. * Retreat host - Instructor Vaidya.
