Advanced Practitioner of Ayurvedic Medicine (based on WHO benchmark)​​

Vaidya is the Sanskrit term for physicians and doctor in India. After years of yoga practice, July delved into Ayurveda studies and was awarded the title upon completing training and internship. Ayurvedic medicine and yoga philosophy believe that a disturbed mind is the root of all imbalance. Only when individuals cultivate awareness of the present moment, read their bodies, and listen to their inner voice can they ultimately return to unity and balance through energy and consciousness. Since 2012, July has been accompanying students on their journey back to their roots through workshops, retreats, and one-on-one sessions in Switzerland and Norway. Since 2021, now residing in Norway, she has also provided online and in-person support to students in Asia through online platforms and annual trips back to Taiwan.

Just like a playful child, July explores the Universe and discovers the wisdom of life with an open heart and curious eyes. She is the founder of "Norwegian Ayurvedic Medicine Association", "Shankha Ayurveda & Yoga Klinikk" and "The Institute of Conscious Embodiment" which serve her communities in Norway, Taiwan, Hong Kong, Malaysia and Singapore. July is specialised in trauma informed stress and pain management for individual and couples. She well combines the ancient methods of non-material Ayurvedic medical approaches, yoga therapy and tantric Sri Vidya practices and the evidence based psychosomatic therapies such as Focusing Oriented Therapy, Emotionally Focused Couple Therapy, Integral Breath-work Therapy and Jungian Coaching. 
 

Apart from clinical work for individuals and couples, July takes the role as trainings, workshops and retreats host to accompany people alone their Inner Pilgrimage.
