Join July for a psychophysiological yoga practice session introduced by Phd Kamini Desai and the Amrit Yoga Therapy team. The one hour session includes: - Yin/Restorative yoga asana(supportive relaxing postures) - Breathing, Sensing and Feeling (inner-listening and responding) - Integrative Meditation (yoga nidra or blockage dissolving method) It is not a fitness/gym type of yoga practice, but a a prana oriented sadhana to melt the blocked emotion and sensations in your body and mind and to integrate your consciousness into the oneness.
