Therapy

Body‑led, experiential work.

We listen through sensation, breath, movement, and touch — allowing the body to release what has
been held too long and to find steadiness again. 
Therapy sessions may include Ayurvedic hands‑on work, yoga therapy, breath-work, or somatic psychotherapy. The pace is gentle, the work responsive, and always adapted to your capacity.


Consultation

Conversation‑based, reflective work.

We meet through dialogue, inquiry, and presence — creating space for insight, orientation, and understanding. Consultation may draw from Ayurvedic perspectives, Focusing‑oriented listening and reflecting, or Jungian inquiring, depending on what feels most supportive.

Post-trauma growth 

A slow, grounded path for the body to release what was held too long. Through somatic presence, breath, and compassionate pacing, you are gently supported in returning to safety, belonging, and steadiness within yourself.

a grounded, body-led way of returning to themselves.

How to begin ? 

We begin with a gentle first session — a quiet conversation to feel into what you need.

There is no pressure, no expectation. Only presence.

This work is complementary and not a substitute for medical or psychological treatment.

Sessions follow the ethical guidelines for alternative practitioners in Norway.
