Walking together
An embodied way of working —
returning to the body, listening to what unfolds, and
allowing life to be met with more steadiness and presence.
How we work ?
My methods are not techniques applied from the outside. They are ways of listening - - to the body,
the breath, emotion, and the deeper intelligence that moves beneath words. Each method supports a different layer of experience. Together, they form a gentle, grounded way of meeting life as it is.

Returning
to the body
The body carries memory, rhythm, resilience, and truth. By slowing down and listening carefully, what has been held too long may soften, and what is essential may come forward naturally.
This orientation shapes every session, workshop, and teaching offered here.
Ways of working
The methods are used alone or in combination, based on your needs in the moment. They areheld as living approaches — responsive to the person, the group, and the context.

Ayurveda
A holistic way of understanding life, health, and rhythm.
It supports awareness of constitution, daily routines, seasonal change, digestion, rest, and lifestyle — helping us orient toward sustainable care rather than quick solutions.
Yoga Therapy
An inner work with movement, breath, surrendering and awareness. .
It is adapted to the individual, supporting nervous system regulation, embodied presence, and gentle integration of physical and emotional experience.

Integral Breath-work Therapy
A direct way to dive into your inner world and to respond the emotional needs.
Through guided breathing and attentive presence, held patterns may surface and release, allowing space for clarity, regulation, and renewed contact with inner resources.
Focusing Oriented Therapy
A integrative work invites attention to the felt senses- -the body's implicit knowing .
By staying close to subtle inner signals, words, images, and insights can emerge organically, supporting integration and emotional clarity.

Somatic Psychotherapy
It includes voicing, movements, imagery, and creative expression.
These approaches support expression where words are not enough, allowing emotional experience to be met, shaped, and integrated at a bodily level.
Jungian-Oriented Coaching
It offers space to explore meaning, patterns and life transitions.
Through reflection on symbols, dreams, and recurring themes, deeper understanding can unfold — supporting integration rather than quick resolution.

feel overwhelmed, stressed, or emotionally fatigued...
are navigating life transitions or midlife changes...
live with a sensitive nervous system...
seek a grounded, body-led approach to well-being...
wish to integrate experience rather than analyse it...
