Yoga acharya (teacher) said 'the mind is like the ocean and all the waves are the revealed emotions carried out by the life force.' We can't stop the underneath current to form, but we can observe its becoming the wave and decide how to react and how to behave. Yoga teaches us to be the observer, so the doer is no longer there and we are simply BE. Carl Jung and his followers believe all the suffers we, human beings, face are rooted in the inner conflicts between the wordily exceptions and the desires held deeply inside. No matter western or eastern, no matter in the ancient knowledge or in the modern mental care, if a person who knows who he/she is and what he/she desires, there will be no stress and only peace. At this experimental workshop, you are going to use self yoga therapy and focusing oriented therapy to explore different layers of you. To read yourself as a book and to meet the YOU who has been waiting for long. You don't have to let go or to peel off any layers...simply transform them. Just like what Ayurveda says 'Whatever you are able to digest will nourish your body and mind.' This workshop is led by Vaidya July who is the advanced clinical ayurvedic practitioner serves in Trondheim since 2015. Vaidya July also holds the professional background as a yoga therapist, an experienced advanced yoga teacher, Integral Breath-work therapist, Focusing Oriented Therapist and Jungian Coach. During this 3 hour workshop, you will practice simple yoga postures and breathing exercises intuitively and drawing pictures and take notes with your active imagination. Please dress yourself comfortably and warmly. To bring something to write for yourself and a bottle of water will be ideal.
