This is a practice combined essences of both yin yoga and yoga nidra. We first use passive yin yoga asana and conscious breathing to regulate energy flow and after a kriya or a meditation, this practice ends up with a yoga nidra for you to experience the transforming of different conscious levels.

It is a easy yoga practice for all level especially beginner, eldler, pregnant mothers, large body and stiff body. It is focus on breathing, gentle stretching and movements. Yoga props as wall, chairs, blankets and pilows are well used as supports.

This silent meditaiton is for you to meet yourself and the divine nature inside you. We follow the tantric hatha yoga tradition for all the japa, pranayama, kriya and meditation practices. Yantras amd mantras are our tools as light and sound to create space for healing and tranforming.
