This is a practice combined essences of both yin yoga and yoga nidra. We first use passive yin yoga asana and conscious breathing to regulate energy flow and after a kriya or a meditation, this practice ends up with a yoga nidra for you to experience the transforming of different conscious levels.

Yoga Nidra is a concious state when your are beyond deep sleep arriving turiya, a status of nothingness, non-dualness... eternal peace. Ancient practices to reach yoga nidra, the conscious sleeping, could be tracted back to 300BCE and 300CE. It helps you more than gaining better sleep or deeper relaxation, ancient yoga nidra practices bring you into the heart meeting your inner teacher, Buddhi, and allow you rest in the Reality. This mini retreat is given by July Huang who is trained by Yogarupa Rod Stryker follows the lineage of Swami Rama. During these pratices July guides you from your body (Anamaya Koasha) back to your (Vijnanamaya Kosha) and resting in turiya. This mini retreat includes 4 session easy yoga asana practice, pranayama, meditation, yoga nidra and self-reflection. Light lunch is included.
