This is a practice combined essences of both yin yoga and yoga nidra. We first use passive yin yoga asana and conscious breathing to regulate energy flow and after a kriya or a meditation, this practice ends up with a yoga nidra for you to experience the transforming of different conscious levels.

A easy yoga flow practice follows the traditions of Ayurveda and Hatha yoga. The 60 minute practice includes asana, breathing exercise and short self-reflection.
