For every Ayurvedic student and anyone who is interested in Ayurveda, to understand the root text is very important. In this monthly Study Group we will go through Ashtanga Hrdaya together and to discuss our confusion and concerns. Pleasae note it is not an Ashtanga Hrdaya teaching course, but a study group for experience sharing and question discussing. We recommended you to have a copy of Ashtanga Hrdaya. And before we meet, we announce which slokas are focued that month. It is a donation based program.
