In yoga tradition, breathing is an important method to receive prana, the life force, and a proper breathing is the key to mind-body health. Breathing could be a tool to calm the brain/mind or to stimulate the brain/mind, so it is well used in modern psychologic field as well. Integral Breathing Therapy(IBT) is rooted in Holotropic- and Rebirthing Breathwork, but with a touch of Bio-energetic-, Bio-spirituality-, Inner Child- and Focusing Oriented Therapy and Somatic Experience. An IBT session starts with a brief talk to dive into the essential part of what is ready to be heard or be seen. The follow up breath-work brings you line up against it and to release the blocked area, so the past experience could be integrated and a long-awaited positive experience would be established. In USA, IBT has been used during yoga therapy, psycho therapy and spiritual exploration. Normally 3 IBT sessions in a roll is recommended to the beginners.
