Tjenestebeskrivelse
In Yoga tradition, all experience announces Awareness” which is a constant Presence. Living a life of Meditation in Motion means Being Knowingly Aware under all conditions in all circumstances. One can never be unaware, however one can be unknowingly Aware. Your ability to further rest as Awareness in life will greatly grow the more you reveal these teachings to others. When exploring the research, 75-90% of all doctor’s visits are the result of stress related issues. Because the tools and techniques of MIM initiate deep relaxation and studies show that relaxing reduces stress, we can support a huge population of people. MIM is such an accessible practice because it invites the practitioner to follow the promptings of their own body, which we recognize as the Innate Impersonal Intelligence of Prana. There are no complicated poses, and flexibility is not required thus this practice is accessible to almost any-body. Strong sensation/discomfort is actually used to help move deeper into the body in a relaxed way to facilitate balance, thus giving you the tools to manage the discomforts of stress in new ways. My role as the Yoga Therapist is to help facilitate relaxion by introducing you to the tools of MIM. When you discover who you really are in the process, then that is the ultimate stress reducer. Focus on various MIM tools and the Kriya of Chitta and Prana will help you dive further into deeper relaxation where Prana has the ability to facilitate integration and balance. Allow the process to work naturally for you. This is a clinical research last for 4 weeks(1 session weekly online) and all the participants will be asked to: - Fill in a research form before the first session - Participant all the four sessions - Fill in a research form after the last session
