Join July for an ancient meditative yoga practice session re-introduced by Yogi Amrit Desai and his team. The one hour session includes: - Hatha yoga asana(Posture of Awareness) - Pranayama (shifting from prana follows awareness to awareness following prana) - Meditation (yoga nidra or Quantum meditation) It is not a fitness/gym type of yoga practice, but a a prana oriented sadhana to melt the blocked emotion and sensations in your body and mind and to integrate your consciousness into the oneness.
