Vaidya Meenakshi is the dictor of AyurRoots Ayurveda Wellness in Texas. She is also a trainer of international repute and has pursued her MD in Ayurveda from the Apex Learning Institute, The National Institute of Ayurveda, Jaipur, India. She is a gold medalist and is a highly accomplished Ayurveda and Panchakarma (DETOX) Specialist. She has been practicing Ayurveda for the last 20 years. She has a natural flair for a life devoted to the study and practice of ancient Indian science. She knows first-hand what a difference it can make on one's wellness by simply understanding an individual's unique body type and making small, simple changes to one's diet and lifestyle. She addresses the root cause of an individual’s imbalance using evidence-based science along with diet and lifestyle changes to help regain and maintain optimal health.
Vaidya Meenakshi has more than 20 years of extensive international experience in design & delivery of Ayurveda courses as Ayurveda Cosmetology, Ayurveda Herbology, Medical Yoga, Panchakarma therapy. She organizes regular workshops & courses on various topics of Ayurveda, training workshops for hands-on training in Panchakarma courses. She has more than five years of extensive teaching experience at Ayurveda Colleges in India, and more than 16 years of extensive teaching experience in the USA and has 20 years of clinical experience with Ayurvedic herbs & Panchakarma.
She has authored several papers and writes a regular column in several e-magazines, health magazines along with various Radio talks & newspaper articles. She is a member of the Fellowship Board of the Association of Ayurvedic Professionals of North America (AAPNA) and NAMA. She is a board member of Research Method committee for the council for Ayurveda Research. She is Senior Editor of the Journal of Ayurveda and Holistic Medicine (JAHM). International Editorial Board member on the International journal of research in Ayurveda and Medical Sciences and ex-coeditor of Ayurveda Mantra Magazine.

July comes from Taiwan and is trained by Sara Powers, Uma Dinsmor-Tuli, Gary Kraftshow and currently enrolled in 3 year yoga master program given by Rod Stryker. July started to teach yoga in 2012 in Switzerland, Taiwan, Germany and from 2015 in Trondheim. July is also an Ayurveda specialist and she believes yoga practice should be tailored for each practitioners depends on her/his mind-body conditions. So July's teachiong is always participants oriented and easy to followed. She likes to lead her students to feel their own body, to deepen their breath and to bring yoga off-mat into daily life.
To have a complete view about the art of life, July started her Ayurveda studying. After finishing the 3 year diploma training to be a Ayurveda specialist in Germany/Switzerland, July continues her studying with Dr. Vasant Lad, Dr. David Frawley and Dr. Amruta Athale. She finished Ayurvedic Health Counselor training at Kerala Ayurveda Akademy in USA and currently in her 4 and half year Ayureda doctor training with KAA. July believes that a proper diet and life style is the key to true health and everyone has the ability to heal themselves and maintain their health/wellness.
