It is a day diving into yourself by practicing yoga, meditation and self-reflection. We follow Patanjali's teaching to explore steadiness, silence and nothingess from kosha(layer) to kosha.
* Daily schedule:
kl.10.15-kl.11.45 - -morning sadhana (yoga, meditation and self-reflection)
kl.12-kl.13 - - silent lunch (ayruvedic soup or stew)
kl.13.15-kl.14.30- -meditation in the nature (walking- & silent meditation and self-reflection)
kl.15-kl.17.30- -afternoon yoga sadhana (yoga, meditation & self-reflection)
kl.17.45-kl.18.15- -Q&A
* things to bring with:
1. comfortable warm indoor clothes
2. warm and waterproof outdoor clothes/shoes.
